Broussard Driving School
Teens attending BDS qualify after attending class 3 consecutive
days (6 hours) and meeting each of the following requirements
1) Texas Drivers Education Certificate for Instruction Permit issued by BDS
2) Valid Identification - Birth Certificate, Texas Identification Card, Passport
3) Social Security Card - Original Card
4) Verification of Enrollment - Obtain from school attendance office
5) Parent/Guardian - A parent or legal guardian must accompany teen.
If parents are unable to accompany student. Parents will need to complete and have
notarized Drivers License Application Form and Supplemental Examination DL-40
