Teens - How do I qualify for my Texas Drivers License?
Successfully Complete BDS Accredited Classroom Session
Successfully Test For Drivers Permit at BDS and local Texas DPS site
Successfully Complete BDS In-Car Sessions With Our Certified Drivers
Successfully Complete Parent/Guardian 20 hours In Car Sessions
BDS will issue student a Texas Drivers Education Certificate for Drivers License
upon successful completion of the in classroom and in-car instruction. The student
takes the Certificate to Texas Department of Public Safety Drivers License Office for
scheduling the road test and issuance of the actual license.
NOTE
Recent legislation mandates that the Texas Department of Public Safety will Road
Test ALL students
